How Forum CleanUp handles copyright notices, and how to reach us about one.
Notices we send for clients
Forum CleanUp sends copyright takedown notices, including notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), as the authorized agent of creators who own the content or have the right to act for its owner. Each client authorizes us in writing before we act for them, and we review every match before a notice is sent.
If you received a notice from us
If you believe a notice we sent was mistaken, you can reply to it or email support@forumcleanup.com with the notice details and the URL concerned. Where the law provides for it, you may also send a counter-notice to the service provider that removed the material. We review every response promptly.
