Subscriptions and billing
Forum CleanUp plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or each year, depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown before you pay and on your receipt. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
How to cancel
- Log in at forumcleanup.com/my-account.
- Open Subscriptions and choose your plan.
- Click Cancel.
You can also email support@forumcleanup.com and we’ll cancel it for you. Once cancelled, you won’t be charged again. Your protection and dashboard stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Refunds
Because work on your account starts as soon as you subscribe, payments for the current billing period are not refunded, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we’ll fix it.
